1. Overview

Pathurn ("the Platform"), a product owned and operated by Digisept LTD, strives to provide the best educational experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund.

2. Transaction Security & 3DS

To ensure maximum security and prevent fraud, all card transactions on Pathurn are processed via Flutterwave and require mandatory 3D-Secure (3DS) authentication.

This verification process (OTP or Biometric) is mandated by our Merchant Service Agreement to ensure that the rightful owner of the card is authorizing the transaction.

3. Refund Eligibility

Digital Nature of Service: As Pathurn provides instant access to high-yield digital study materials and medical slide atlases, refunds are generally only issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
  • Unsuccessful provision of services despite a confirmed successful payment via Flutterwave.
  • Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the user has not accessed more than 5% of the premium slide library.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made to your card.
