1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pathurn ("the Platform"), a product owned by Digisept LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Pathurn provides digital pathology study resources, including high-resolution annotated slide atlases, timed OSCE/SSQ simulators, and spaced repetition mastery tools for medical and dental education.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed via Flutterwave. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the selected billing cycle.

Regional Pricing (PPP)

Pathurn utilizes Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) to ensure fair global access. Attempting to bypass regional pricing via VPN or other means may result in account suspension without refund.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the Platform for educational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content on the Platform is strictly prohibited and protected under Digisept LTD intellectual property rights.
